Payment Terms & Conditions

The publication registration phase commences upon acceptance of an author's paper for publication in the IJREI Journal. Authors are required to remit the publication charges based on their respective author categories. At least one author of an accepted paper must register to ensure its inclusion in the Journal publication issue. Payment of publication fees will be made exclusively through the IJREI Account or UPI, or via our designated online payment links on PayUMoney or Instamojo.


Paper publication Fee includes

1. Basic charges include the publication of one entire Research Paper Online (maximum 5 authors per paper)

2. Softcopy of Certification of paper publishing (author-wise individual) Softcopy of confirmation letter regarding paper published in IJREI (Paper Wise)

3. Paper and authors' Details handling charges Basic formatting, Process for assigning unique paper identification numbers, Typesetting, Publishing, and Listing the papers in the IJREI SEARCH Digital Library

4. Number of Authors for single Paper publication A maximum 5 authors will be allowed for single-paper publication

Terms and Conditions for hardcopy request

We will send Hardcopy of certificates (Author-wise individually), single copy of Confirmation letter and single copy of Published paper to only corresponding author only. Kindly check all the details in softcopy. (i.e. in Published paper, E-Copy of certificate, E-Copy of confirmation letter) And if any of the details is inappropriate then inform to us within 3 days of this mail. Once shipment of hardcopy done then we will not correct it. We will process your hardcopy only after receiving Address details. or considered your provided address details as correct. If provided residential Address is incorrect and shipment of the hardcopy returned then we will NOT proceed further. (If author still wants to hardcopy again then extra charges 250 Rs. Will be applicable) Process of dispatching the hardcopy will be take minimum 1 month to maximum 2 months (only in the case of heavy load) we will dispatch certificate between date 25 to 31 of every month.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are inherently non-refundable by default. Instances such as "No-shows," "Extra-Page Payment," "Excess Payment," or "Additional Payment" are non-refundable and will be treated as donations.

Upon acceptance for publication, an Article Processing Charge becomes applicable. The submitting author is responsible for this charge, and IJREI does not entertain any refund requests.

In exceptional circumstances, if an extra payment refund request is made due to genuine errors, it must be submitted no later than 2 days before the Registration Closing date. Such requests will be processed with an applicable cancellation fee. Refund requests must be emailed to Editor@ijrei.org. Requests received after the Registration Closing date will not be considered. The processing of all Extra Payment Refund requests takes 10 to 15 days, inclusive of payment gateway charges.

IJREI reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion, with updates reflected by revising the date at the bottom of this page. We recommend checking this page regularly for any changes.
